Google services including Gmail and Google Drive have been affected worldwide. This vulnerability is also felt in India.
On Thursday morning, many people started posting on social media that Google services including Gmail were not working properly.
The Down Detector Portal, a site that monitors the vulnerability of such services, reports that 62 percent of users have an email with a link, and 25 percent of users still have a lock problem.
It is unknown at this time what caused the fire. At the same time not all users are affected by this. The Google Apps Status page has confirmed that they have received complaints about Gmail and Google Drive having issues. More than 11 percent of users say they have trouble getting an email.
Gmail server did not work, could not attach files, could only send empty emails, I could see various types of complaints on social networking sites that this problem persists despite trying from different accounts.
There has been no official response from Google on these issues.
