IND vs. AUS Boxing Day Test: Steve Smith, Ravichandran Ashwin fall to zero for the first time in Test cricket against India

The second match of the four-match Test series between India and Australia is taking place at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Australia captain Tim Paine has decided to bat first. Smith was first dismissed in Test cricket against India. At the same time, Smith has zeroed in on the first innings. The right-handed batsman fails to open an account in the long format of cricket after 4 years. Smith was last at zero on 3 November 2016.

Ajinkya Rahane leads the Indian team in a Boxing-Day Test in Melbourne. In this Test match, Team India made four changes in their playing eleven. Shubman Gill, Mohammad Siraj, Ravindra Jadeja, and Rishabh Pant have been included in the squad. However, KL Rahul failed to find a place in the XI. Australia have made no changes in their eleven matches.
