To make the tricolor dhokla, three different colored batters must be made. To do this, first take 250 grams in different cups. To make a green dough, add food coloring (green) to the semolina. To make saffron dough, add a garnish of orange to it and leave it white.

Now mix the milk curd and half a tablespoon of salt in the dough in separate bowls and cover the three cups for 10-15 minutes. Doing this will cause the seam to swell well. Now put water in the cooker and heat the water. Now grease the cooker container and fill it with a mix of different colors and put it in the cooker.

Reduce the flame of the gas and do not whistle in the cooker. Bake it on medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes. After this, open the lid of the cooker and see if it sticks with the knife’s edge in the dhokla. If it is correct, remove it from the container and separate. Cool it and separate the dhokla from the edge by running a knife on the edge. Make the okla a tray and remove it. Cut the dhokla into the desired shape with a knife.

Make impulse-
Put the pan on the gas. Now add 1 tablespoon of oil to it, add the mustard after the oil is heated, reduce the gas and lightly fry the curry and sesame seeds after the mustard has burned. Add chopped green chillies to it and lightly fry. After roasting the masala is ready, turn off the gas. Pour this temper on a dhokla with a spoon. Garnish with grated coconut on top. Your tasty tricolor dhokla is ready.
