Ingredients for making semolina halwa –
Milk – 3 cups
– desi ghee – 3 tbsp
Semolina – 250 g
Sugar- 250 g
-Khas syrup – 1 tbsp
Orange Squash – 1 tbsp
– Vanilla Essence – 1 tbsp
Dry fruits – 1 small cup
-Tutti Frutti (for decoration) – 2 tbsp
Cardamom – 15
Method of making a tricolor halva
To make semolina toffee pudding, first boil the milk and set it aside. After this, heat the ghee in the skillet, add the semolina and roast for a while. When the semolina turns light brown, add the milk and sugar to the semolina and cook for a while. Add the cardamom and cook for 4-5 minutes, then cook for a while. Now to make it tricolor, put the orange squash, vanilla essence and khus syrup in separate pans and cook well. Now take it on a plate, tricolor, decorate with fruity top and serve it to eat.
