According to ANI news, Sony Sports Network, the host broadcaster of the India and Sri Lanka series, tweeted on Monday, informing the schedule of the tour. The first ODI series against India and Sri Lanka will be held on July 13 and the second and third matches will be on July 16 and 18. After this, Team India will play the first match of the T20 series on July 20. At the same time, the second game of the series will be played on July 23 and the third T20 on July 25.

A BCCI official who spoke to ANI confirmed that Rahul Dravid will play the role of coach of the team during his tour of Sri Lanka. Ravi Shastri, Bharat Arun and Vikram Rathore have toured England with the Indian team and Dravid has been entrusted with this. It is believed that many young players, including Prithvi Shah and Jaydev Unadkat, could get a chance in the limited-overs series against Sri Lanka.
