This year, Glenn Maxwell will play Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the Indian Premier League (IPL). RCB bought Glenn Maxwell at auction this year for Rs 14.25 crore. RCB will play their first match on April 9 against defending champion Mumbai Indians. The team had previously played a warm-up match in which Glenn Maxwell scored a reverse sweep against Eusendra Chahal. Maxwell did not go well in the previous season of the IPL. At the end of last season, Maxwell, who played for Kings XI Punjab (now Punjab Kings), could not even hit a six.

During a practice match, Maxwell Chahal played a reverse sweep shot from his ball. There is fierce competition between the two players at the international level. At one time Maxwell was losing wickets on Chahal’s ball, but he has since been beaten. In his first session with the RCB, Maxwell joked to Chahal, “I don’t know, I’m going to hurt you.”
