The Rajasthan Royals have signed South African fast bowler Gerald Koetzi to replace England batsman Liam Livingstone on Saturday for the remainder of the Indian Premier League. Livingstone withdrew from the Indian Premier League (IPL) last month due to bio-bubble fatigue.
“Rajasthan Royals have signed an agreement with South African fast bowler Gerald Coetzee for the remainder of IPL 2021, replacing England’s Liam Livingstone.” Twenty-year-old Coetzee has played eight T20s and has taken nine wickets at an average of 23.33. He represented South Africa twice at the Under-19 World Cup.
