Kerala SSLC HSC Exam 2021: Kerala SSLC & HSC Examination Begins

The 2021 Secondary School Transfer Certificate (SSLC) and Higher Secondary (HSC) exams began on Thursday amid strict adherence to Kerala’s Kovid-19 Health Guidelines. The SSLC exam will be held from April 29th, while the twelfth exam will be held from April 8th to 26th. Nearly nine lakh students attend 4,951 centers out of which 4,46,471 students will sit the Twelfth Examination, 4,22,226 general students and 990 private examiners will take the SSLC exam.

Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and Opposition Leader Ramesh Chennithala welcomed the students.

“The SSLC and +2 exams begin tomorrow. I urge all students to follow the Kovid 19 Guidelines to keep you, your friends, teachers and family safe. My best wishes to all of you. You all succeed!”

The 12th exam started at 9.30am and the SSLC exam started at 1.30pm.

VHSE exams will start from Friday.

Officials have made extensive arrangements to implement the Kovid-19 Health Guidelines.

Thermal scanners are used to measure a student’s body temperature.

Handwash, sanitizer, mask is provided to students, teachers and other staff.
