Kevin Pietersen had to play the final of the World Test Championship in a non-England venue

The final match of the ICC World Test Championship is being played in Southampton between India and New Zealand. He couldn’t even bowl a single ball in two of the four days he played. The fourth day of the Test was washed away by rain. According to veteran players, the final match of the WTC is heading towards the draw. Meanwhile, former England batsman Kevin Pietersen believes that the final of the World Test Championship should be played in Dubai instead of England.

Seeing the steady rain on the fourth day of the Test, Kevin Pietersen tweeted, ‘If it’s on me, there will always be matches in WTC. Neutral destinations, good stadium, full weather guarantee, excellent training facilities and travel center. Oh, and the ICC’s house on the side of the stadium. Former India opener Virender Sehwag was also unhappy with the timing of the WTC finals and took the jibe at the ICC and wrote, “The batsman has not had the time and the ICC.”
