You may not be able to answer this with full confidence. Not only does the consumption of adulterated tea damage the taste of the mouth, but its regular consumption can have a bad effect on your health. In such a situation, with the help of some easy tips and tricks, let us know how you can spot the adulterated tea sitting at home.
Follow these tips for spotting adulterated tea-
A glass of water
To test the adulteration of tea leaves, first take a glass of cold water. Now put one to two teaspoons of tea leaves in this water and leave for 1 minute. If the color of the water dries after 1 minute, it is known that the tea leaves have been mashed, because the actual tea leaves do not leave the color for a long time.
Get Help From Tissue Paper-
To make this solution, first place two tablespoons of tea leaves on tissue paper. Now put some drops of water on these leaves and keep them in the sun for a while. After a while remove the tea leaves from the tissue paper. If there is any adulteration in the tea leaves, traces of stains appear on the tissue paper. If there is no stain and oil marks on the tissue paper, there is no adulteration in the tea leaves.
Take the help of hands
For this, rub the tea leaves by hand for one to two minutes. If you experience any discoloration on your hands, understand that tea leaves are adulterated.
