Sunday was a holiday and school holidays were crowded with devotees flocking to the field. Devotees have been found in the field since Saturday evening. Goddess and private lodgings were full.
When entering the temple, each devotee was sanitized and thermal scanned according to Kovid’s law. Devotees then entered the shrine with a social gap and performed the worship of Lord Sri. Thousands of devotees swept the queue right outside the tower.
