The serial begins with Prasya seeing Riya and distressing her condition. Pragya tells Riya that she does not trust him, yet he loves her, never thought of her for a day. She celebrated every birthday, getting cake and candles for Rhea and Preechi. Ranbir comes to meet Riya. He plans to apologize to her. The nurse asks about Ranbir Rhea. The nurse replies that there is a woman in the room and she is crying.
Pragya is about to leave. Rhea gets unconscious and she calls Ma. On leaving Pragya Hospital, she meets Ranbir and tells him that Riya is sleeping. Prachi is walking down the road in search of Pragya. Ranbir calls her and tells her that her mother is in the hospital to meet Riya.
Abhi stops the car while Prachi is walking down the street. When Abhi is near, she asks him why he is crying and how Riya is. Prachi says that she did not know about Rhea and Ranbir and that she did not intentionally hurt him. Prachi says that it is easy to forget anything but he cannot forget what his father said about him that he is ashamed if his papa is with her.
Abhi asks why Abhi wants to go to the hospital. She replies that she is going there to meet her ma. Abhi decides that Pragya should tell them all about Abhi or that the relationship can end before it starts.
