Ingredients for making quick mango pickles-
Raw mango – 2 cups
Dry chump pepper – 1
– Leaves of curry curry – a handful
– Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp
– Salt – depending on taste
Oil- 1/2 cup
Mustard – 1 tbsp
-Girlik Sprouts – 10- 15
– Kashmiri chili powder – 1/2 tbsp
How to Make Quick Mango Pickles-
To make instant mango pickles, first wash and cut the raw mangoes well. Then heat the oil in a skillet and add the dry red chillies and mustard. Now add the curry leaves and garlic cloves and toss. Add asafoetida, chili powder and salt and mix well. Then add raw mango to it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Your mango is ready for a tasty quick pickle.
