The final of the International Cricket Council (ICC) World Test Championship (WTC) will be held in Southampton from today. It has been raining in Southampton since day one of the match, which has disappointed all cricket fans. If reports are to be believed, rain may cancel the first session of the first day of the match. Team India skipper Virat Kohli is on a tour of England with his wife Anushka and daughter Vamika. Before the match started, Anushka shared two posts on her Instagram Story, one with a photo she wished Team India and in the second post she expressed disappointment about the rain.
While sharing a group photo of Team India, Anushka wrote ‘This Guys’ and tagged Virat Kohli in this post. In a later post, ‘Rain… Rain… Go! Come back 5 days later ‘In such a situation, most of the players from Team India have come to England with their families.
One day has been set aside for the final match of the ICC World Test Championship. If the match time is wasted due to rain, the same time will be played on the reserve day if there is no result. One day before the match, Team India announced its XI.
