Dr. Sona (30) is a dead dentist. On September 28, accused Mahesh (37) was stabbed with a knife. Sona was rushed to a private hospital in Thrissur. But he died on Sunday without treatment. Mahesh has fled the scene after being stabbed with a knife.
For the past one and a half years, Sonata has run a dental clinic at Kutta Nellore near Ollur, Thrissur. Mahesh has been in a live-in relationship for the past two years. The accused Mahesh Katana was working on the construction, police said.
Recently, there was a financial quarrel among them. Sona had lodged a complaint at the Ollur police station alleging that Mahesh had misused the money. It is learned that Sona had alleged that Mahesh had taken my income from the clinic illegally.
The police had registered a case on the complaint. But Sona and Mahesh, both dead on September 28, were talking about this in the clinic. Sona’s father, Jose, was also present. However, during the negotiations, the accused took Mahesh Sona to the clinic’s lab. There was an outbreak of a knife, according to a police official.
Sonata’s stomach was severely wounded. He was immediately rushed to the hospital. But Sona died on Sunday without treatment. Police said that Mahesh assaulted the accused and told the shop owner that he was going to the police station to confess and then fled.
Sona was already married and separated from her husband. There was also a baby. The accused Mahesh was not yet married. The police have now sent Sona’s body to a different hospital for post-mortem examination and are searching for the accused.
