Make a garlic naan in restaurant style with this recipe

If you feel like eating something special except bread, you can try homemade garlic naan. It is very easy to create. Come on, learn its recipe-

Material
All-purpose flour – a cup
Flour – half a cup
Dry yeast – half a spoon
Sugar – half a spoon
Yogurt – 1 tbsp
Milk – 1/3 cup
Oil – a spoon
Salt – to taste
Half a cup of nail polish
Garlic – 3-4 tbsp finely chopped
Coriander – 3 teaspoons chopped

Way
To make non-dough, first make the yeast mixture. For this, put dry yeast and sugar in a bowl and add 1/2 cup of warm water. Stir the mixture with a spoon and cover it for 10 to 15 minutes. Yeast is effective if there is foam in the mixture after 15 minutes. But if there is no foam, understand that the yeast is inactive or that you have used too much hot water. In such a situation, do not use this mixture and make another mixture.
Now sift the flour and flour into a bowl. Then add the yogurt, oil and salt and mix. Then add the yeast mixture and a cup of milk to it, mix well and knead the dough.

Now grease the dough with oil and cover it with a damp cloth and keep for 1 to 2 hours. Knead the dough again for 2-3 minutes or until soft.
Divide it into 5-6 equal parts and make balls. Cover these balls with a damp cloth and set it aside for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, take the ball of dough and press it between the palms and shape it into the dough. With the help of dry dough, roll it lengthwise on the wheel. Now sprinkle some chopped garlic and chopped coriander leaves and gently press with a hand or rolling pin.

Now turn the naan (down the side of the garlic) and wet the plain surface with a brush or by hand watering.
Then heat the iron tin in a medium saucepan. When the tawa is hot, place the naan surface on the pan with water. Within 1 minute you start to see blisters on the rotary.
Hold the handle of the pan and place it directly over the gas. Turn the pan over until the light brown spots appear on the surface of the naan. Now remove the naan with the help of the lantel. Now you can see that the bottom surface is also golden. Serve it with butter.
