2 tsp cornflour
250g potatoes
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 onions
1 finely chopped spring onion
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tablespoon red chilli sauce
Salt to taste
1 pinch black pepper
1/2 tsp white sesame


Peel the potatoes, cut them into fingers, and boil for 10 minutes in hot water. Then take it out of the water, then immediately rinse it with cold water and spread it on a swatch cloth for a while. Once it cools, put cornflour and a little salt on it. Mix lightly. Then put the oil in the skillet and heat it well. Once the oil is hot add the potatoes to it and lightly fry the whole potato. Then put the potatoes in the oil and roast until they are golden brown. This process is also known as flash fry.

Now heat a little oil in the skillet. Once the oil is hot, add the white sesame and immediately chop the onion. Then add the ginger garlic paste and mix. Now add tomato ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, red chili sauce and mix. Now add the fried potatoes and black pepper to it. Cook for 5 minutes. Chili potatoes ready. Garnish with chopped spring onions and white sesame and serve hot.
