Mercedes Benz has unveiled its new premium luxury sedan 2021 S-Class in India. The latest variant of the S-Class comes in two options, the S400D4Matic and the S4004Matic. The company has launched the S400D at Rs 2.17 crore. And the S450 at Rs 2.19 crore. The 2021 Mercedes S-Class has already been released with luxury interior, good styling and good dimensions.
The car has 20-inch alloy wheels
The new S-Class is 5 meters long so that there is ample space inside the car to facilitate passenger travel. The wheelbase of the car is 3216mm, length 5289mm, width 1954mm and height 1503mm. In terms of looks, this car looks like an earlier version. The alloy wheels provided in the car are 20 inches and their design is also new.
Cosmetic changes for a new look
Mercedes has made some cosmetic changes to give the car a new look. The new S-Class now gets a more sophisticated three-slot grille design than the old twin slot grill design. In the car, you will see new style headlamps with integrated DRL. The new bumper provided in the car has chrome lining which makes the car’s road presence quite spectacular.
12.8-inch vertically mounted OLED touchscreen on the dashboard
Speaking of the car’s interior, you’ll see a redesigned dashboard. For infotainment, a 12.8-inch vertically mounted OLED touchscreen is provided on the dashboard. In addition, the car receives a 12.3-inch digital MID, a multi-mode display similar to the previous variant, which provides information about the car and engine.

Ventilation seating with massage function
The back seat of the car is ventilated and the company is also offering massage function in it. In addition, you also get a tabled Doctor Center arm rest on the back seat. Equipped with an ambient lighting system, this car is equipped with a Burmester 4D surround system for a strong musical experience.
Both engine variants offer good power
The company has launched the S-Class 2021 in two engine options – the 3.0-liter 6-cylinder diesel and the 3.0-liter 6-cylinder petrol. The car’s diesel engine delivers 330bhp between 3600 and 4200rpm. At the same time, its peak torque 700Nm comes in between 1200 and 3200rpm. If we talk about the S-Class 2021 petrol engine, it produces 367bhp between 5500 and 6100rpm. Moreover, the car engine delivers a maximum torque of 500 Nm between 1600 and 4500 rpm.

0-100 km / h in 5.1 seconds.
Both engines of the S-Class 2021 are compatible with a 9-speed automatic gearbox. Speaking of speed and pickup, the car’s diesel variant reaches 0-100 km / h in 5.4 seconds. At the same time, its petrol engine takes just 5.1 seconds to make 0-100 km / h.
