Modak Recipe: Make Tasty Modak at home in this Ganpati festival

After a year of waiting, the time has come all over the country when Lord Ganesha is coming to everyone’s house as Lord Ganpati. Everyone eagerly awaits this special occasion. On this occasion, everyone worships God with his faith and love and makes them happy by offering fruits.

Modak is one such recipe which is considered to be Ganesha’s favorite, and everyone enjoys this recipe as a blessing. Today we have brought this modak recipe for you which you must try.

Ganesh Chaturthi Special chocolate modak made for Bappa on Ganesh Chaturthi

You will need these ingredients to make delicious modak. Rice flour, sugar, good, grated coconut, cardamom powder, sesame oil.

Let’s start modak recipe -First fry the grated coconut in a dry pan and keep it aside.
Now put the gud in 2 cups of water and cook it till it boils.
When it starts to thicken, then add roasted coconut, now add cardamom powder and mix it well.
Remove the prepared mixture from the gas and keep it aside.
Knead the flour well by adding 2 cups of hot water oil and a pinch of salt to the rice flour.
Make small big size tablets as per your choice with the prepared flour and fill the mixture of coconut and good in the middle and give shape of modak.
When all the modaks are done, cover them and steam them and cook them well.
After a while you can cool it down and enjoy its taste.
