Ingredients for making dough momos –
-2 cups wheat flour

-2 tsp oil
– Salt to taste
– water (to mix)
-2 tsp oil
-2 garlic, finely chopped
-1 onion, finely chopped
-2 cup cabbage, bundle
-1 carrot, grated
-1 tsp vinegar
-1/2 tsp black pepper (crushed)
-1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce

Method of making Atta Momos –
First, stir the dough and set aside in a pot for 30 minutes. Now heat the oil in a skillet and add the garlic and onion to it. Now put the carrots and cabbage in the skillet and lightly fry. Now add the vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce, black pepper and salt to the pan and mix well. Your Momos stuffing is ready.

Now knead the dough again for a minute. Now to cover the outer cover of the momos, take a small piece of flour and roll it into a thin layer. Its roundness should be 4 to 5 inches. Now close the pre-filled filling by placing it in the center. Cover the dough and give the shape of the mosos. Cook the Momos in the dough for 10 to 12 minutes. When cooked, serve the dough momos with hot red chilli sauce.
