– 1 kg raw mango
– Salt to taste
– 2 tbsp fennel
– 2 tbsp red chilli powder
– 2 tbsp turmeric powder
– 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
– Half a cup of vinegar
– 1 tsp Asphotida powder

How to make spicy mango pickles without oil –
To make a spicy mango pickle without oil, first wash the mango with a swatch cloth wrap and spread on the cloth for 1 hour. Remove the mango stems and legumes and cut them into small pieces. Remember, do not peel the mango.

Fry the fenugreek seeds and fennel in a skillet, 1-2 pieces, then turn off the flame, then grind them into a rough mixer.
