Ingredients for making chestnuts
-100g chicken flour
-1 tbsp rock salt
-2 Cut green chillies
-50g grated cottage cheese
-20 g desi ghee
-10 gm of ginger
-1/2 tsp cumin
Tamarind chutney
-100g tamarind
-400 g of water
-15 gm ginger powder
-1/2 tsp red chilli powder
-80 grams of sugar
-1/4 tsp black pepper powder
-1/2 tbsp of rock salt
Easy way to cheetah chela-
To cheetah chela, first make its batter. For this, add the stone salt, cumin and raw chillies in the kuttu flour and make a good batter. Now put the desi ghee in the skillet, fill the batter with ginger and pour it over the pan. Spread the batter on the back of the ladle, making it spherical. Add grated paneer and a slice of ginger on it. Your cheela is ready and served with hot tamarind chutney or mozzarella.
Tamarind chutney
To make the tamarind chutney, first, soak the tamarind in water and separate the pulp from it. Now filter and dilute it with a little water. Add the remaining ingredients and allow it to boil, then cook in low heat until it thickens. Now serve it with chila after cooling.
