Neethane Enthan Ponvasantham 29th October 2020 Written Update: Sun refuses to accept the gift of the sun
Raghupati telephones Subu and informs him of Pushba’s arrest for protesting in front of the corporation’s office.
In the office of the Sun, the latter calls him to his cabin. Sun advises Anu. He says she should always respect her parents and listen to what they have to say. Parents always want their children to do well in their lives and her father’s decision was right. She must understand him. Anu agrees with the sun. She says she was initially disappointed but then she understood her father’s decision. Surya says she understands so much and he likes her.
The sun gifted the necklace with earrings. Anu refuses to accept her gift as her parents question her about the gift and she is unable to answer. When the sun asks when he will receive his gift, the latter says he must decide it. Surya says she needs help when the moon goes to London. Anu nods yes and asks the sun to take care of her health and tells her that she is going to lose him. They both look at each other.
At the police station, Pushba keeps saying that she was arrested for the wrong reason. She just asked. Inspector gets annoyed with Pushba and asks her to be quiet. Satish (Area Manager) comes to meet the Inspector. The latter shows him a picture of Neal and asks if he is the same person who shot his video in the office. Satish nods yes.
At Sun’s office, Anu’s colleagues console that Anu is young and they can still get many more opportunities like this. Anu says that she is disappointed but the words of the Sun consoled her. Swapna asks what he said. Anu says that she is proud of her father’s respect for her. She says she will make her study a top priority.
Pankaj and Meera discuss Anu. Mira is happy that Anu is not going to London. Pankaj says that Anu knows nothing and asks how she helps the moon. He worries about what Chandra and Anu will do to the office. Meera says Anu is very smart.
Anu comes to Subu’s call, who informs him of Pushba’s arrest. Anu hurriedly left the office. Neil stops her and questions what happened, but she leaves without saying anything.
Subu goes to the police station and asks Pushba what’s wrong with the inspector. The inspector says she was arrested for assaulting a police officer and shooting a government employee unconsciously with the help of a juvenile. Pushba denies the allegations. Inspector tells Subu to shut his mouth and sit in a corner.
Anu and Neil arrive at the police station. Pushba cries at Anu to appease her. Neil tells the Inspector that he is a legal counsel and a law student and asks why he arrested Pushba. Inspector Neal says he has made his job easier. Satish has complained to her (Neil) for filming a government employee unconsciously during her duty and tarnishing her reputation by making the video go viral. The inspector tells her that she has been detained and asks the constable to place Neal inside the cell, which is a shock to Neil, Anu and her parents.
