It is reported that Dr. Ashish Kumar was married on 15 September 2015 to Vijay Laxmi, a resident of Qazi Tola of Doriganj police station area of ​​Saran (Chapra) district. The wife alleges that after marriage the husband started demanding Rs 5 lakh from her in dowry. She was often beaten and tortured by her husband for her inability to give dowry. On October 3, the wife lodged an FIR against her accused husband Doctor-in-law Hira Prasad Jaiswal, mother-in-law Devi, brother-in-law Abhishek Kumar Jaiswal, Nandoi Praveen Jaiswal and Devrani Kajal Kumari for dowry harassment.

Husband also accused of having an illegal relationship with another woman
In the application given to the police, the victim’s wife wrote that everything was going well for two years of marriage. She also has a six-month-old son, but later her husband Ashish becomes engaged to another woman. The husband had kept the woman in his flat in Doctor Colony, Rajendra Nagar. Many times he was caught in an objectionable position with the said woman, who he used to assault and abuse him for opposing. Vijay Laxmi alleges that her husband along with her in-laws also assaulted her for dowry. Later kicked out of the house. Forced to take refuge in the maiden.

The wife had lodged an FIR for assault, dowry torture against her in-laws, including accused husband Dr. Ashish. After investigating the case, the accused doctor husband is arrested. Other accused will also be arrested soon.
