For Ladyfingers
Okra – 1/2 kg
-Besson – 1/2 cup
– Mango – 2 tablespoons
– Rice flour – 3 tbsp
– Chat masala – 1 1/2 tbsp
-Corn starch – 2 tablespoons
– Dhania Powder – 2 tbsp
-Summer – depending on taste
-Haldi – 1 tbsp
– Mirch Powder – 2 teaspoons

-Met yogurt – 1/2 cup
-Imli chutney- 1/4 cup
-Ambar- a handful
-Save- a handful
– chopped slices – 3 tbsp
– chopped tomatoes – 3 tbsp
– chat masala (ich alika) – a pinch
