No vegetable in the kitchen? So try these five gravy styles

If you love to cook, you need to learn such techniques in the kitchen so that your recipe can be tasty and save you time. At the same time, it’s not always easy to find fresh vegetables everywhere. You can add flavor to your recipe, even with less ingredients.

Paper Curry
Papad Ki Sabzi is a Rajasthani dish. It is eaten in many places other than Rajasthan. If the vegetable is empty in your kitchen, you can prepare this dish. Come on, learn how to do it.
Finely chop the onion and add a tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste. Now heat two tablespoons of oil in a skillet and add a tablespoon of cumin or cumin to it. Now add the ginger-garlic paste and stir for about 30 seconds. Now add the chopped onions and let them cook for about 3 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder and 1 teaspoon coriander powder. Give it a good mix and add the milk yogurt and boil for about 2 minutes or until the oil comes to the surface. Meanwhile, take 2 papadas and fry them in high heat until crisp. Be careful when doing this and do not burn the papad. Now, break up the papad into large pieces and add to the gravy. Mix well and serve

Bundy Curry
Bundi Curry or Bundi Ki Subzi is a dish you can prepare with minimal ingredients. To make the beef curry, heat a little oil in the skillet and add 1 tbsp cumin. Finely chop the onion and add the ginger and garlic paste to the skillet and stir. Leave it to cook for a minute and then add teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, one teaspoon turmeric powder and salt to your taste. Leave it to cook and add a tablespoon of cream to the pan with a glass of milk. Leave it to cook for a minute and add a glass of water. Once the gravy starts to boil, turn off the gas.

Vegetables
This vegetable is very easy to make and full of flavor and nutrition. To make the khatte ki sabji, we start by making the ghee and for that, add one cup of flour and one tablespoon of coriander, teaspoon pork, one tablespoon of Kashmiri red chilli powder in a bowl. Add salt, 2 tablespoons ghee, a pinch of hing, two tablespoons of yogurt, all these ingredients together and make a dough. You can also add two tablespoons of water to mix well. When the dough is smooth, cut it into long rolls. Boil 3 cups of water and add 1 teaspoon of oil to it and add to it long pieces of cuttings, let it boil for 10 minutes. Take another pan, heat two tablespoons of oil in it and add one tablespoon cumin, one pinch of ginger, 1 tablespoon of ginger paste. Leave it to cook for 30 seconds and add finely chopped onion and 1 green chilli (optional) and stir until the onions are golden brown. Add 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1 tablespoon of turmeric and 1 tablespoon coriander powder. Add 1 cup of yogurt and mix well. Cover and let cook until the oil comes to the surface and the yogurt is well blended. Meanwhile, take the cooked seed and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Put these pieces in the skillet and let them boil for about 10 minutes on low flame. When all the nuts are mixed with gravy, understand that the gravy is ready.

The Punjabi Sword
There are different recipes for making khadi but this recipe is the most hit. Tell us how to do it. Take one cup of yogurt and another cup of gram flour and mix until smooth paste. Now add one tablespoon of red chilli powder, one tablespoon of turmeric powder and a little salt. Add two cups of water, mix everything well and boil it in a high flame. Meanwhile, we start making pakodas for souvenirs. For pakoda, take a cup of flour in a bowl and add finely chopped onion, black pepper and two tablespoons ginger and garlic. For this, add 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 teaspoon garam masala and 1 tablespoon coriander powder. Mix all these ingredients together and add two cups of water and mix until it becomes a thick paste. Heat two cups of oil in a pan and deep fry the pakoras. On the other hand, to stir the stew, take a small pan and add two tablespoons of ghee to it and add 7-8 cloves of minced garlic, one dry red chilli and one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds. Now blend the curry and put the pakodas.

Yogurt in yogurt
Yogurt curry is one of those dishes that contains only a few calories. This is one of those dishes that can be prepared in a short time. To get started, chop the onion, ginger and green chillies and set them aside. Combine the oil in the skillet and add the onion, ginger and raw chillies in a tablespoon of cumin. Leave it to cook for two minutes and add 1 tbsp red chilli powder, salt to taste, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and 1 tsp garam masala. Add 1 cup of yogurt or yogurt to it and mix well. If you want a thin gravy, add a little water, garnish with coriander leaves and the sabzi is ready.
