This was Djokovic’s 18th Grand Slam, and now only 2 titles away from the 20 Grand Slam records of Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal.

In the final of the Women’s Australian Open, Naomi Osaka defeated Jennifer Brady 6-4, 6-3 to win the trophy. In the semifinals, Osaka defeated Serena Williams to win her record 24th Grand Slam.
