Odisha Board of Directors postpones exams 10th, 12th, all students passing 9th and 11th pass without exam

BSE Odisha 10th 12th Examination 2021: The Odisha Government has postponed the 10th and 12th Board exams due to fast spreading corona infection. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has ordered all students in Class 9 and 11 of the academic year 2020-2021 to be promoted to the next class without any examination. The Odisha Board exams were scheduled for May 3 to May 15.

Earlier, all schools in Odisha were closed till April 30. Instructed to conduct children’s education online mode for the 2021-22 academic session.

Odisha Board, Haryana Board, CBSE, UP Board, Hattisgarh Board, Punjab Board, Rajasthan Board, Maharashtra Board, MP Board have also postponed their exams due to corona. The Haryana Board and CBSE have decided to cancel the 10th class examination and get results based on internal assessment. Punjab has decided not to take 5th, 8th and 10th exams. Students in grades 5, 8 and 10 in Punjab will be promoted to next class without taking the exam.
