Ingredients for making pan kulfi-
-400g Amul Cream
-1 1/2 cups of milk
-4 tablespoons powdered sugar
-3 tbsp milk powder
-2 Tbsp Bread Powder
Dry fruits -3 tbsp coarse powder
-1/4 tsp cardamom powder
– Pistachios and coconut fiber
Pan extract of -3 to 4 drops
Recipe for making pan kulfi –
To make the pan kulfi, first mix the milk, cream, sugar, milk powder, bread powder, cardamom powder, pan essence and coarsely dried fruit in a blender and mix for a minute. Put in the mold. Place this mold in the freezer for 8 to 9 hours. After this, remove the kulfi from the freezer. Your special pan kulfi is ready. If you wish, you can decorate it with pistachios and coconut fibers.
