-Bread – 5 pieces
Milk – 2 cups
– Coconut powder – 2 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 2 to 3 pinch

Cashews – 10 to 20 (finely chopped)
-Pistachio almonds-10 (finely chopped)

How to Bread Bread –
To make the bread burfi, turn on the gas and give it a pan, now add milk to it and heat it. Milk should be thickened. On the other hand, put the bread in the mixer and grind. At this time, when the milk thickens, mix the bread powder in it, and mix well. Mix the cardamom powder with this. Mix all three ingredients well and cook the mixture for a while. It completely absorbs the milk in the bread.

After sucking the milk in the bread, it looks completely dry. Now mix the sugar in it. As soon as the sugar is mixed, the bread mixture becomes a little wet and it begins to look like pudding. After the sugar you mix the coconut powder and ghee. After this, reduce the gas flame and mix it well and cook for about 6 to 7 minutes. After mixing the ghee and sugar, the burfi begins to dry and look soft. After this, turn off the gas and stir in the hot skillet two to three times. Now take a plate and put some ghee in it. Spread the ghee over the plate, and now add the burfi mixture to it.

Spread the burfi on a plate and put the cashews, pistachios and almonds. Leave it on for about half an hour at room temperature. After half an hour cut it into the shape of a burfi. This way the bread burfi will be ready.
