– 4 raw mangoes (grated)
– 1 cup sugar
– Half a liter of condensed milk
– Half a liter of milk
– half a teaspoon cardamom powder
– Some saffron
– Some almonds and cashews (chopped)
– Some raisins

To make sweet raw mango kheer, first wash the grated raw mangoes 4-5 times in water. Now put 2 cups of water and grated mango in the skillet and boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame when the mango is soft. Filter it with cotton cloth. Remove the mango pulp and set aside. Now heat the milk in the skillet. Continue stirring constantly until it thickens. While remaining one-fourth, add sugar, cardamom powder and saffron and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the mango pulp and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame. Garnish with almond-cashew-raisins.
