The death of Sushant Singh Rajput is shocking as the actor committed suicide and the CBI investigation has reached the same conclusion. During this entire investigation, some TV news channels were constantly producing evidence against various people. Sandeep Singh, a friend of producer and late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has sent a legal notice to the popular news channel and its editor-in-chief, accusing him of defamatory news.
Sandeep took to Instagram to share pictures of the legal notice, captioning it “Payback time @ Republic World #Deformation #EnoughsEnough.”
Sandeep has apologized unconditionally for making a huge compensation of Rs 200 crore and for making his name on national television and for producing evidence that he should not have access to justice. As Sandeep approached Sushant and his death trial, he was one of the main suspects, according to the channel. Sandeep has now demanded the removal of all video footage and written articles that are defamatory in nature.
“Moreover you have to pay my client Rs 200.00 crore (only two hundred crores) for publicly defaming their image and the damages you have done so far. If you fail to comply with the foregoing requirements within 15 days of receipt of this notice, I have clear instructions to file a civil and criminal lawsuit against you in the appropriate courts, only at your own risk, costs and consequences, ”reads a portion of the legal notice.
In addition, the legal notice states that Sandeep Singh has also been asked to pay for good coverage on the news channel.
