Easy Recipe for Potato Halwa –
To make aloo ka halwa, first boil the potatoes and boil them. After this, mash or grate the baked potatoes. Now take a non stick pan and put desi ghee in it. Now add the mashed potatoes to it and roast well. When frying, mix it and then add the sugar. You can also use sugar or sugar if you prefer. After adding the sugar to it, roast it further. Now add milk to it. You can also add Khoya if you wish. Add cardamom powder and saffron and mix well. Now let the milk dry. Now add almonds, pistachios and cashews and mix. If you prefer, you can also add dry fruits with milk. Aloo pudding is ready to eat.
