Sawan Somwar Wrath 2021: The month of Savan is very important for the devotees of Bholebaba. According to religious beliefs, Lord Shankar, rejoicing in the devotion of his devotees, pours his blessings on them during the month of Savan. Today is the first Monday of death. This year the Savan month starts from July 25th and continues till August 22nd. In such a situation, devotees in this holy month try to please Shiva and Goddess Parvati by worshiping them. Healthy Drinks

Dry fruits-
Incorporate a handful of dry fruits into your diet during fasting. For this, you can add cashews, almonds, raisins, walnuts etc. in your diet. All these substances, along with nutrition, maintain energy in the body.

Vegetables-
In Savan fasting you can eat potatoes, gourds, pumpkins, arbi vegetables for fruit. All these things are Sattvaic and the body is healthy and full of energy.

Fruit-
Apples, bananas, watermelons, oranges etc. can be added to the diet during the fast of the savan. There is no shortage of water in the body and the person stays away from dehydration and exhaustion.
