The demand for electric two-wheelers in the country is growing. Not only the Center but also the State Governments are making new plans to promote the sale of electric vehicles. Meanwhile, students living in Gujarat have the opportunity to buy electric bikes for cheap. In fact, electric two-wheeler Joy E-Bike has been approved for student assistance under the Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) program.
Under this scheme, four electric bikes of Joy E-Bike can be purchased for less than Rs. 12,000 (ex-showroom). Under the program, students from 9th grade to college can take advantage of this subsidy. The four models that are subsidized are Gen Next (Electric Scooter), Wolf (Electric Scooter), Globe (Electric Scooter) and Monster (Electric Motorcycle). Tell us how much they get after the subsidy.

Subsidy prices look pretty attractive. However, the customer has to pay the full price at the time of purchase of the vehicle. After this, the government will be paying a subsidy of Rs 12,000 to consumers in the next few months. This move has made electric bikes more affordable for both young and new riders. Earlier, Revolt Motors had announced a drastic reduction in the price of its RV400 in Gujarat.
