Background of Suresh Storey:

Suresh Storey was born in 1955 to Mr. Chennabasappa and Mrs. Somawwa in Belgaum. He graduated from SSS Samiti College of Commerce, Belgaum. He then graduated from the prestigious King of Belgaum, Lakham Gowda Law College. He ran his own private business before entering public life. He also ran an education institute through a shop foundation. He is survived by his wife, Mangala, Putriya, and Shraddha.

He contested the 2019 – 2019 Lok Sabha elections from Belgaum.

2019 – Narendra Modi was inducted into the ministry of railways as a cabinet minister in the government. 2014 – Re-elected to the 16th Lok Sabha (3rd term).

2014 – He was present to the House Committee from 12 June 2014 to 19 July 2016. In September 2014, he was a member of the Applications Committee, the Standing Committee on Defense, the Consultative Committee, the Ministry of Finance and Corporate Affairs.

2009 – Joined the Standing Committee on Human Resources Development from 31 August 2009 to May 2014. Joined the Joint Committee on Pension Payments and Members’ Allowances of Parliament and the Advisory Committees of Central Direct Taxes from 23 September 2009 – May 2014.

2016 – became Chairman of the House Committee on July 19, 2016.

2009 – Re-elected to the 15th Lok Sabha from the same constituency.

2004 – elected to 14th Lok Sabha from Suresh Shop Belagham.

2004 – Became a Standing Committee on Food, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution

2004 – Becomes a member of the Advisory Committee, Ministry of Finance.

2001 – Becomes the President of Bharatiya Janata Party in Belgaum District.
