Take a new turn in the last episode of Bigg Boss Telugu Season 4, when Abhijeet and Akhil are asked by the hosts as to who is wrong, Abhijeet said that Monal had uttered his words in front of host Akkineni Nagarjuna. He argued the same way. Abhijeet said they all need to be a part of it and she needs time to think about it. Ariana made a cake for Abhijeet to celebrate her birthday with the housemates. Monal fell ill and then all Akhil took care of her.

Sohel and Amma Rajasekhar quarreled over the dishes because of the cup used. Rajasekhar told Sohel he would have a problem with this. Sohele scattered as Ariana tried to say something. This irritated her. Sohel reported to Bigg Boss that Ariana was shouting at him but he tried to be cool in front of her as he promised Nagarjuna. Talk of homemade plates made by housemates. Ariana explained why she was disturbed during the discussion. Sohail Kumar pointed a finger at Sai. Sohel has Mehboob’s support. Kumar Sai expressed his opinion on Sohel’s claim that he should be an ideal leader at home.
When Ariana was telling her cause after nominating Monal and Mehboob. DV nominated Noel, who always thinks he’s a fake in front of everyone, and Mehboob breaks his trust and said this is a list of nominees:

- Lasma and Abhijeet were nominated by Amma Rajasekhar.
- Kumar Sai nominated Harika and Monal.
- Akhil Abhijeet has been nominated as the convener of the leadership role and he will be included in the nomination list.
There are nine contestants on the nomination list: – Kumar Sai, Akhil, Noel, Lassa, Ariana, Monal, Abhijeet, Divi and Harika. Sohel used his special power to save Mehrabab from being part of the nomination list.
