Ingredients for making Caesar Robri Falluda-
Milk – 40 ml
Saffron – 1/4 tsp
– Milk – 1 liter
Condensed milk – 100 g
Sugar – 20 g
Almonds – 2 tbsp
-Pista – 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
Water – 80 ml
Sugar – 50 g
Saffron – 1/4 tsp
Almonds – 2 tbsp
Water – 500 ml
Vermicelli – 50 g
-Chia Seeds – 1 tbsp
Water – 80 ml

Ingredients for decorating Kesar Robri Falluda-
Soaked chia seeds – 1 tbsp
Tip Fruity – 1 tbsp
Ripe vermicelli – 2 tbsp
– Ready Syrup – 1 tbsp
– Ready Robri – 60 ml
– Saffron Pistachio Ice Cream Scoop – 1
Saffron varieties-7-8
Tip Fruity – 1 tbsp

Method by Kaiser Robri Faluda –
To make Caesar Robri faluda, first mix 40 ml milk and saffron in a small bowl and soak for 30 minutes. Now boil 1 liter of milk in the skillet. Add 100g of condensed milk to it and cook well in low heat for 7-8 minutes. Then add 20 grams of sugar and cook until it melts and add saffron milk to it and cook for 10-12 minutes. Now add almonds, pistachios, cardamom powder and cook for 4-5 minutes in a small saucepan. Set it on fire and let it cool for 30 minutes. In the skillet, add 80 ml water, 50 grams of sugar and cook until it melts well. Now add 1/4 tablespoon saffron and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add almonds to it, remove it from the flame and set aside. Heat 500 ml of water in another skillet, add 50 g of vermicelli and boil for 4-5 minutes in a low flame. Remove it from the fire and set it aside. In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp chia seeds, 80 ml. Add water and soak for 30 minutes.

Method of serving
In a serving glass, add 1 tablespoon of soaked chia seeds, some toasted fruity, grilled vermicelli, a prepared sugar syrup, a prepared rubri and a Kesar pistachio ice cream scoop. Garnish it with 7-8 saffron strands and some toffee fruity. Take your Caesar rubri faluda ready. Serve chilled.
