Reality is currently working on its new smartphone, Realme 8s. The phone is said to be launched in India soon via the entry level smartphone RealMi 8i. There is no word on when the company will launch Realme 8s, but in the meantime 91 mobiles and @OnLeaks have leaked the specifications and renders of this upcoming smartphone. One of the biggest features of Reality 8 is that this phone comes with 5G connectivity. In addition, the company will also offer a triple rear camera setup and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
According to the report, the design of the Realme 8s is similar to that of the Realme 8 series of smartphones. The phone has a triple rear camera setup with LED flash. The phone’s volume rocker button is on the left and the SIM tray is on the right. The phone’s fingerprint sensor is also on the right, integrated into the power button.

In addition, the USB Type-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack and microphone are provided with the phone’s speaker grille at the bottom of the phone. A violet color variant of the phone can be found in the leaked renderer. However, it is believed that this phone may still come with some color options.

According to Anelix’s report, the company can offer a 6.5-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate on the phone. The phone comes with 6 GB and 8 GB RAM options. What’s special is that the company also offers 5GB virtual RAM on this phone. As a processor, this phone gets the MediaTek Dimension 810 chipset with 5G connectivity. The phone can be released in two storage variants – 128 GB and 256 GB. As far as the OS is concerned, this phone runs on Android 11 based Realmi UI 2.0.

For photography, this phone receives a triple rear camera setup with LED flash. It has a primary lens of 64 megapixels. Currently, no information has been released about the specifications of the remaining cameras. As for the selfie camera, the company will offer a 16-megapixel front camera in it. To power the phone, it has a 5000mAh battery that supports up to 33W of fast charging.
