Object-
2 tbsp oil
3 Cut onions
Cut 2 tomatoes
Cut 50g of dried coconut into pieces
3 dry red chilli
2 bay leaves
2 small pieces of cinnamon
5 cloves
1 large cardamom
3 small cardamom
10 cloves of garlic
Cut 2 tbsp ginger
10 to 12 cashews
Salt to taste
Method:
First, heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
After this, add the dry coconut and fry until light golden.
When the coconut is golden, add the dry red pepper, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves, large cardamom and small cardamom and stir and fry until golden.
Now add the onion, ginger and garlic and fry until light golden.
After this add the cashew nuts and fry for 3 to 5 minutes until they are golden.
Once the onions are fried, add the tomatoes and salt and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Now add 2 cups of water to it and cook for 10 minutes in medium heat.
After the specified time, turn off the flame and let it cool.
When it is cold, put it in a jar and make a paste.
After this, put 2 tbsp oil in the same skillet over medium heat and heat it in a low flame.
When hot, add 1 tbsp cumin powder, 2 tbsp coriander powder and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and stir and fry in low flame.
After roasting it, add the prepared paste and make the flame medium and fry for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring.
