You can imagine the demand for this 7-seater car on the petrol engine and the CNG variant from its waiting period. In some cities, customers have to wait 20 to 25 weeks for the CNG variant of this car.

In terms of sales figures, Ertiga sold a total of 13,434 units, up 35.42 per cent from the previous month. The company had sold 9,920 units in June last year. In the same month last year, 8,504 units were sold and in this sense, annual growth was 57.97%.

This car is available in petrol and CNG variants. In this 7-seater car, the company uses a 1.5-liter capacity petrol engine that produces 105 PS of power and 138 Nm of torque. This engine is paired with a 5 speed manual and 4 speed torque converter trans mission gearbox.

Mild hybrid technology is used, which improves its mileage. However, this technology has not been used in CNG transformation. Its petrol manual variant delivers 19 kmpl and the automatic model 17.99 kmpl mileage. At the same time, the company claims that its CNG variant offers mileage of up to 26.08 km per kg.

The MPV Projector gets headlamps, fog lamps, LED tail lamps, 15-inch wheels, 7-inch infotainment system Android Auto and CarPlay, and push-button start-stop. The car also has a ventilated front cup holder, rear AC vent auto climate control and a reverse parking camera. Its price ranges from Rs 7.81 lakh to Rs 10.59 lakh.
