Hero MotoCorp, the world’s largest (by sales) two-wheeler manufacturer, has set another new record. The company has announced that it has sold over 1 lakh two-wheelers in just one day, including everything from bikes to scooters.
The company achieved this feat on August 9, the day when Hero MotoCorp set a new record by selling more than 1 lakh vehicles nationwide. On this day the company celebrated its 10th anniversary (after splitting from Honda). Undoubtedly Hero MotoCorp is proud to be a leading two-wheeler manufacturer.
Hero MotoCorp says the retailer includes both domestic and exports and that it has led the company to sell a large number of vehicles during the festival. Let us tell you that Hero MotoCorp has announced its new brand logo (Hero MotoCorp) on 9 August 2011, after its split from Honda at London’s O2 Arena, and so this year, 9 August will be celebrated as the company’s 10th anniversary.
Commenting on the achievement, Naveen Chauhan, Head of Sales and Post Sales, Hero MotoCorp said, “Such a one-day retailer during the festival is unprecedented and completes 10 years of the company’s journey on August 9. Hero MotoCorp has set a significant milestone.” “By celebrating, they have affirmed their confidence in consumers,” he said.

At an early stage, the company will launch this scooter in 20 different markets.
