Momos Recipe: People who love eating momos can enjoy this Chinese street food at home to calm their mood. Momo is a Chinese word which means steamed bread. Ingredients for making Vege Momos –
-1 cup all-purpose flour
-1 cup grated cabbage
-1 cup grated carrot
-1 cup finely chopped capsicum and onion
-1 tsp ginger paste
-1 tsp black pepper powder
-2 tsp oil
– Salt to taste

How to Make Veggie Momos –
To make veggie momos, first take all purpose flour or flour in a pot and add salt and 1 tbsp oil to taste and mix well. Add a little water and make a soft dough and put a cloth over it and let it rest for 10 minutes. Now put 1 tbsp of oil in another skillet. Roast the onions after the oil is tender. After this, add all the chopped and grated vegetables, ginger paste, black pepper, salt and red or green pepper, mix and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes.

After this, take the stuffing on a plate and let it cool for a while. Now roll all the purpose dough into thin slices. Then cut small balls out of it. Roll the dough into a shapely shape and pour a tablespoon of the prepared mixture over it and fold it into a dough or make the momo in the shape you want.

Now lubricate it with a sieve on the idli stand or hot pot, then place it on the Momos steam for 10-12 minutes. After this you can take the momos on a plate with the help of tomatoes and serve with red chilli chutney.
