TVS Motor, the country’s leading two-wheeler manufacturer, has launched its famous passenger bike Star City Plus with a new color update in the domestic market. This bike has been introduced in the new Pearl Blue-Silver color. This new color is available in the bike’s drum and disc variants. Its drum brake variant is priced at Rs 65,865. And the disc brake variant costs Rs 68,465. (Ex-showroom, Delhi).

The company has refurbished the body of this newly refurbished bike with a dual tone model. The headlight comes with a dual tone paint scheme from the bike to the fuel tanks and side panels. Grab rail for blue front rail for front fender and rear passenger. Other than the paint scheme, no other changes have been made to this bike.

The new Star City Plus is powered by a 109.7cc single cylinder engine that produces 8.08bhp and 8.7Nm of torque. This engine comes with a 4 speed gearbox. The company also uses the EcoTrust fuel injection technology on this bike. The company claims this will increase the bike’s mileage by about 15%.

The bike also has LED headlamps and a USB charger. In the passenger segment, this bike is known for excellent mileage and performance. Recently, the company released its Apache RTR 160, priced at Rs 1.07 lakh.
