The wait for the next generation of Royal Enfield’s bestselling bike classic 350 is over. The company will sell the bike on the market on August 27th. Royal N Field has been testing this bike for a long time. A few days ago, this bike was spotted during a TV commercial shooting in Rajasthan.
According to media reports, the unofficial booking of the bike has begun at some Royal Enfield dealerships. However, the company has not made any official announcement on the matter. This bike is completely based on its traditional design, but some minor changes have been made to it.
It gets retro-style circular headlamps, chrome bezels, chrome-plated exhaust (silencer), round shape rear view mirror, fuel tank in the shape of a tear drop and attractive fenders. Its side panels and fuel tank also get C-shaped graphics, but newer strips are found in the fenders.
The bike is based on the company’s new “J” modular architecture, on which the company’s recently introduced Meteor 350 is built. In it, the company is using a 349cc capacity new fuel injection engine that produces 20.2bhp of power and 27Nm of torque. This engine comes with a 5 speed gearbox.
Features and Price:
The key to this next generation model is that its vibration is very low while driving. The bike is said to have added a balancer shaft to reduce vibration, which makes the driving experience even better. As for the price, the company can release this bike from Rs 1.90 lakh to Rs 2 lakh.
