Ingredients for making jamun syrup-
-500g of fruits
-2 liters of water
-1/2 cup sugar
– Black salt to taste
-1/4 tsp black pepper powder
-1 1/2 tsp roasted cumin
-1/4 cup lemon juice
– A handful of mint leaves
-Is cubes (ich alica)

Easy way to make jamun syrup-
To make jamun syrup, first rinse the jamuns with water. Now you put the jamun in a skillet with water and bring to a boil. Add the black pepper powder, sugar, salt and cumin powder to the skillet. Now boil this mixture until the pulp comes out inside the jamun. After this, with the help of a potato masher, gently stir it in the pan. Now turn off the gas and filter this mixture, as well as add the lemon juice to the jamun syrup. Then you add it to the ice and serve it in a glass by garnishing with mint leaves.
