Volkswagen has once again launched its premium SUV T-Roc in the Indian market. This time the SUV was brought to India through the Complete Built Unit (CBU) route. However, its price is slightly higher than the model released in the market last year. The new Volkswagen T-Roc is priced at Rs 21.35 lakh. (Ex-showroom), which is about 1.35 lakhs more than the previous model.
With the release of this SUV, Volkswagen has also launched its official booking. The SUV delivery is expected to begin in May, although no official announcement has been made yet. The SUV is built on the company’s MQB platform and will be sold in limited numbers.
T-Roc Design:
Volkswagen offers the new T-Roc SUV with a two-slot front grille with silver bash plate, LED headlamps and daytime running lights. The window line features a chrome border and a 17-inch alloy wheel, which makes the side profile attractive. The company also offers split LED tail lamps with the SUV’s rear swatch clean.
Interior and Features:
Speaking of T-Roc’s cabin, it has a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system that can be connected to Apple Car Play and Android Auto. In addition, Panoramic Sunroof, Dual Zone Climate Control, Electronic Parking Brake, Auto Hold, Leather Upholstery, Reverse Parking Camera, Keyless Access, Heated Front Seats, 6 Airbag, Tire Pressure Monitoring, Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brake Given the distribution (features such as EBD).
Engine capacity:
Volkswagen has released the T-Roc with only one engine option. It uses a 1.5-liter TSI petrol engine that produces 148bhp and 250Nm of torque. The engine has 7-speed DSG transmission gearbox with active cylinder technology.
