Ingredients for making watermelon kheer –
– Two hundred grams of cooked rice
– 250g watermelon pulp
– Two hundred grams of condensed milk
– Two teaspoons of sugar
– One liter of milk
– Almonds
– Cashew
– Saffron.

Method of watermelon kheer –
To make the watermelon kheer, first boil the milk in the skillet, add the cooked rice to the milk and cook until smooth, mix well. Add the condensed milk to the skillet, mix well and leave to cook for 2 minutes. Now, add the watermelon pulp, mix well and leave to cook on low-medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Pour the mixture into the pot and put it in the fridge. Serve chilled with saffron and almonds.
