According to the UIDAI website, you can change your name only once, twice in your life, after your birth date, and once in your gender. How to change your name on Aadhaar card
– First visit the Aadhaar website (https://uidai.gov.in/).
– Go to my Aadhaar section here and look under the Update Your Aadhaar option.
– Here you click on the Update Demographics Data option. Now a new page opens.
– Now click Procedure to Update Aadhaar to change the name, date of birth, gender, address or language.
– Opens a new page. Add Aadhaar card and captcha here and click on Send OTP option.
– OTP now comes to your registered number. Enter it and click Login.
– Here you get the option to update name by name and email address.
Now, if you want to change the name, then click on the name.
– Keep in mind that you must have ID Proof to update the name. You can use a PAN card, DL, voter ID or ration card as ID proof.

How to change mobile number on Aadhaar card
– To update your mobile number on Aadhaar card, you will need to go to your nearest Aadhaar center.
– You do not need any kind of records to update the mobile number.
– Visit the Aadhaar Center and request an employee for Aadhaar Number Update.
– You will have to pay 50 rupees for this. After adding the mobile number you will get a voucher.

– Now Download Aadhaar Registration Form from Website You can also find this form at Aadhaar Center.
