The thirty-six personality between former England captain Michael Vaughan and Indian cricket fans has been around for some time. If Vaughan is known for making bizarre statements about Team India, Indian fans are blaming him on social media. Even before the final match of the ICC World Test Championship, Vaughan had hoped to win the New Zealand title, which Indian cricket fans had scolded him for. Vaughan tweeted about the loss of Team India on the reserve day of the World Test Championship final, sprinkling salt on Indian cricket fans’ injuries.
Vaughan wrote on Twitter, ‘In a few hours, thousands of Indian cricket fans will have to apologize to me. I’m icted that New Zealand wins the World Test Championship final. New Zealand won the title by beating India by eight wickets. Team India could only score 170 in the second innings. New Zealand then set a target of 139 runs for the loss of two wickets.
I think my terrible prediction that NZ will win the Test Championship final may require some apologies from thousands of Indian fans in just a few hours… # On # Test Championship Final

It’s great for the game. With a country of 1.4 billion beating 5 million, NZD has come close many times before and consistently high achievers but now worthy champions. Teams with more resources should be noted. Kiwis #worldtestchampionshipfinal
